They Have Lost Only 1 Game This Year By Double Digits And That Was On The Road, There D Is Solid, Now They Are Hosting A Mississippi Team That Has 1 Road Win And It Took A Last Minute FG Last Week To Do It

Before I Pluck Down My Hard Earned Money, What Am I Missing?

I guess the new Ole Miss QB (Shea Patterson) who they took the redshirt off looked pretty good making his first start last week against Texas A&M throwing for 338 yds with 2 TDs while running for 64 yds as well. Patterson was the #1 rated dual threat QB by Rivals last year and Ole Miss needs 1 more win for bowl eligibility.

Might be a good spot. People were unimpressed with the 9 point loss to a shit Missou team last week.

I commented on this very topic in someone else's thread. Sendacash has one of the keys to the equation in Ole Miss needing the win for bowl eligibility. The other key is Vandy has Tennessee on deck, that's THE game of Vandy's season every year. We could lose 10 damn games every year but as long as we won the game against UT, the season was a "success." Having played for them, the distraction of an upcoming game that we all talk about, i.e. look ahead, is very real and it drives coaches nuts. But I guarantee you, the Vandy players are talking about Tennessee as I type, game is always played Thanksgiving weekend no less so that just heightens the hype. My Two Cents. GL

Look ahead, let down, etc.. are terms used a lot. I take them into consideration when looking at games.

Its good to hear someone who has played the game confirm this is true.

Its a game I wouldn't touch for the reasons talked about. GL to those that play it.

Sorry about the comments last week, but men, I played for Vandy and usually have a pretty good feel. I guess Ole Miss has packed it in and Vandy hasn't. This week's dynamics are just plain stupid. This game is for braggin rights in the state of Tennessee (Nope, Memphis is never part of the club). And Vandy needs the win to go bowling. How the hell Vandy hung 38 on Ole Miss is mind boggling. I'd said the under would be the play here until I saw that score. While the game is in Nashville, there will be more Vols fans in the stands than Dores fans. I'd just walk away from this game guys, this one will be gambling all the way. GLTA
