Why is Scherzer only -150?

He is fade material next game out if they bring him back in 5 days

Well, after stranding those two in the top of the 8th, ya just knew something bad might happen. And hell, he sacrificed to get the runners to 2nd and 3rd, although two outs. Man still pitches his money's worth.

FWIW after the game has gone final entering today Scherzer's teams (WAS/DET) were 36-9 since 2012 when he started on the division road. Make that 36-10.

And Miami has now won 13 of Straily's last 14 afternoon starts.
