I like them overall but they irritate me on a couple of points. Let me try to give an objective summary:
Advantages:
- good reduced juice program
- solid shop that always pays on time
- opinionated lines ie. you 'll often see lines different from Don Best unlike a bunch of other places
Disadvantages:
- only offers the main bets on the main sports so very limited props & other fun stuff
- software a bit slower than average
- if a line changes they usually tell you AFTER you hit confirm which is really annoying
Overall: Very good, but still a notch below the elite shops like Pinnacle, Olympic and WSEX (plus a couple of others)

One thing I wish they would fix is the Neteller withdraw procedure. You can click Withdraw and ask for a neteller till the cows come home on the form they provide but you cant get a neteller that way. How do we know we cant?
How hard is it to make it like Pinnacles?

Although I mostly like Hollywood, there is certainly room for improvement. Of all the books I use, they are the only one who has yet to post NBA playoff lines. I'm not particularly fond of their user interface, nor do I like the short timeouts that require constant re-logins. I am following Darryl Parsons thread with interest as I too never seem to have a line change in my favor. However, I'd estimate by sample size is on the small side (maybe 20-25 instances), so I'm reserving judgement. I play there solely because they're a reputable book with reduced vig.

Ive been playing with Hollywood for four years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them.Let me count the ways:
1.Reduced juice
2.Fast payouts (no BS stories, that ive heard from other places)
3.10 cent baseball line
4. Decent limits
5.Besides all the major sports they offer Golf matchups, Nascar, all the european soccer leagues, MLS and the Mexican league. Arena football, NFL Europe, tennis sometimes, and all the major fights.
6. Opinionated lines
7. NFL player props that are off the hook
8. When i have to call, the clerks arent too bad either.
I love this book, they are definately a top tier book. All books will have there flaws, I suggest you investigate and are completely satisfied before you send out your hard earned money!!!
PS: I wish they would change there software, and I do miss not having Will take care of all the betting forums.
