My WWTS experience
On Thursday November 10, I deposited $ 300 into WWTS via instant bank transfer. I had a small balance there already, but all was tied up in pending wagers.
On Monday November 14, my balance was up to $ 4,000 and I called to make a withdrawal. I was told that because of the $ 300 deposit referred to above, I could not make a withdrawal until Friday November 18. I was a little disappointed but expected such response. I told them I could prove the $ 300 already cleared my account but they're not interested.
On Friday November 18 my account was up to $ 9,000 and I called to make a withdrawal. I was told the $ 300 still has not cleared their system and I still could not make a withdrawal. Now I'm a little annoyed, I told them about the Monday phone call and they explained that since Friday November 11 was a holiday in the states, the funds would not be available until 12:01 AM Saturday. Since they do not send money out on weekends, I didn't bother calling until Monday.
Now Monday, November 21 my account is up to $ 14,000 and I call to make a withdrawal. I'm told THE $ 300 CHECK FROM NOVEMBER 10TH HAS NOT CLEARED THEIR SYSTEM. Now I'm mad. I once again explained the prior phone calls and told them I could prove to them the check cleared my account a week ago. I told them I expected a manager to make a customer service decision. The manager did not come to the phone, but the rep told me she would "try" to have the withdrawal processed today. I was also told the daily limit would be $ 5,000.
I want to emphasize that I am not concerned about being paid, but that I'm frustrated with the delay, lack of decision making in customer service and the $ 5,000 daily limit.
Do all books have these same policies?
Would any have processed the payout sooner under these circumstances?
Do all have $ 5,000 payout limits?
What books payout the quickest? have the best customer service?
I remember reading a post where the person said his withdrawals are in his Netteller account within "5 minutes". Are there books that pay this fast?
Lastly, does posting something like this on this board put my money at risk?
Am I alone?
