Why is Cinci underdog @ Baltimore?

I've seen the Bengals ranked in the top 5 in several "power rankings" and while I know that gives no indication of the quality of any team, I think/thought that those types of polls and rankings offer some insight into general public perception. So why Cinci an underdog?

Baltimore is going to win that game. Cincinnati sweeped them last year. Ill take the 0-2 team, at home, looking for their first win.

I concur 100%. I believe we'll see a dominant performance by a desperate 0-2 Baltimore in their home opener. Baltimore -3 is a solid play for Week 3. :)!/

Rankings are not only based on past performance but are also predictive. My power ratings have the line at Balty -1 1/2.

still feel like Balt totals are way too low. Their defense wasnt that terrific and now it's much worse without Suggs. Oak moved that ball around with ease.

Flacco is going to have to chuck it a lot to keep the offense in the game.

Find one instance where cinci was ever favored AT baltimore? ?

Line opened at 2.5, below a key number. No one fears this team. Even Andy Dalton. I'll listen to talk radio this week and do all the shit I normally do preparing for a game. But Baltimore is no lock to win because they are going home. All of their games with cinci are absolutely insane. And flaccos numbers vs the bengals are his worst vs any team in that Division

Ravens have some personal issues. They have no wide receivers. If camp can get some time....I don't know what they are waiting for. If he comes in he can be a special weapon for the Ravens. He shit on leon Hall last year In cinci before exiting that game with a pulled hammy on a punt return. I dno if they are being cautious with him or what
But Kamar Aiken, whaller the rookie, and marlon brown are all garbage. Need another productive WR vs a balanced Cinci defense. Cinci wont let ravens tight ends beat them.

Ravens would be home chalk even if they were playing New England and Green Bay at the same time and I don't mean that as an insult to you. I hate to play a homie layin' less than 3 but I am.

Prior to this mathchup there has been only one instance of a winless home team being favored over an undefeated division opponent.

Lest we not forget Baltimore had Denver dead to rights in Denver before the inexcusable pick 6, and were in a horrendous spot last week having to stay out west. The Raiders receivers were impressive for sure. They're obviously in a great spot this week with a nice home field.

These games vs. Cincy always come down to the last possession, so good luck!
