why is chattanooga such a small dog?

higher in the rankings and they are great at home going 11-2 this year. meanwhile, the lower in thee standings w. carolina squad is just 3-9 on the road. i know it isnt always that simple, but line looks weird to me

I thought the same thing about Nebraska the other night vs Illinois. same scenario, great home record playing against a team lower in conf standings, yet only a 4 pt fave. and look what happened? Nebby won by 9 or 10.

but yeah, the Chattanooga line smells fishy, want to take them but hate being on the square side.
