Why does everyone act like it's a given that Boise will win in Tulsa?

People act like they've already ran the table. I think they are in for all they can bargain for IN Tulsa.

the wac is a joke. boise made an effort by scheduling oregon, but the ducks don't seem to be in for much of a season.....they would be helped if tulsa can beat ou in norman tomorrow, and then they beat tulsa, but then they'd also need ou to have a big year after a tulsa loss to prove the legitimacy of beating tulsa.....ah, the joys of college football....

at least they let em tackle the quarterback

ddint seem to me that everyone thought they would win it....the announcers kept harping on the fact that it would be a real test and that Tulsa could score with them, etc...
