When you use the words like lock, guarantee, can't lose, or sure thing, you deserve any beating you take....

How about the posters who openly say they have many posters on ignore?

IMO, if there's a need to put strangers on a forum on ignore you've probably got bigger problems you should be dealing with in life.

Because it's fun. LOLZ.

Ha ha. This is rather true as well. If people know they can get under another posters skin...they'll most likely wind them up like a cheap toy and let them spin out of control. A lot of the so called 'trolling' is purposely put out there to fuck with people.

I basically only post at work(on the company dime)...when I'm away from workj there's about 100 things I'd rather be doing than typing words on a screen....but at work, I kind of get into it.

I have nobody on ignore...I just don't need to respond if I choose....

Trolls, in real life, are probably the nicest people in the world.

I guess forums are good way to release the dick head persona for some people.

i meant what i said, for those wondering about trolls in general. want to see real trolling? reddit and oooo. i had a good couple of days back in like june where it was like, i could just tilt my head, and someone would go off like a volcano, haha. i personally exhaust a lot for work/grad school, deal with people all day (and generally really hate people) so i get fucked up and go on message boards when i can't sleep, and sometimes poke with a stick ha. it's fun.

it's the internet. it's basically not real. it's all for the lulz

Trolling is fun. Especially if the person being trolled takes it seriously and the troll has some wit to them. Its a safe way to release stress after dealing with crap in the real world. Like the other dude said its the internet its not real. Lulz make the world go round.

I use to always use shit on SBR like 'it's just the internet, words on a screen, it isn't real' and would literally get 20-30 posters coming at me where I could just sense the complete anger coming thru their keypads telling me shit like 'THIS IS REAL LIFE'. It will never take any of this shit serious.

I hope everyone has a great 2014.
