why do people call him juan mccain?

all my repub friends call him that, i dont know why though. i tried looking up info about that but i couldnt find anything. is it some policy he was for or against or something? i haven't followed his policies and voting record.

Which I happen to agree with. If a 2nd generation mexican was serving this country then great.

But how many fall into that scenario?
