Why do payment companies for sportsbooks get away with shitty customer service?

Is it because they are foreign ? If they were American can companies they'd be gone in a second. Sites like moneybookers don't answers for weeks and they don't have a 1800 number only way to call them is to spend $3 a minute to talk to some guy who hardly speaks english . How does firepay get away with email only ? Imagine if you signed up for firepay and said to them I refuse to talk to you over the phone email only. Even Pinnacle makes you do email only, I tried calling a nubmer a that was impossible to find and the person wouldn't help me and made me email them. How do companies get away with the phone call thing were if you miss their call they lock your account till you speak to someone on the phone but if you want to get them on the phone good luck its like hitting a 10 team parlay.
