Of may be onto something. Take the pressure off of long suffering losers, no more sweating. Site motto could be, "Lose with dignity." C.C. could be in charge of mailing to members, keeping their spirits and hopes up in the face of sure impending doom.

I listen to Sportswireonline radio show every weekday morning between 7 to 9 AM. Rob Veno has been on a 15-1 NBA playoff run. He is monitored and they give out a lot of great insights. You can check their results the very next morning. You can go to their Website and check how all 8 of the handicappers did which I did this morning. They give you the good with the bad like yesterday Alatex was 0-3 and Scott Spencer going 2-5. Rob Veno was 2-1 and Who Covers's 2-2 I have payed a few times and of course they would lose those days so I'll just listen to their show and hopefully pick up some tidbits of useful info ! They always pay a lot of attention to the bullpens in baseball and that has always been one of my many weaknesses!
That's like I see a lot of posters, and these services you mention, that when a game loses you say "it was a tough loss but we were on the correct side"......

If the gameline was -5 and the dog won outright then the dog was the correct side.
This "we were on the correct side" crap has some underlying connotation that if the game was played another 9 times, that the outcome would produce 9 winners and 1 loser.
"The correct side" is determined after the game is final.

Hey VSP I really like Impending Doom. Like Inevitable Demise. We just pat you on the head, nice try, let's try again. No excuses, right side, wrong side. We make you feel warm and fuzzy after you lose. Build you back up for next loss. We can use lots of creative catch phrases and buzz words. Due, our turn, our time. We will make it seem like we are betting with them, collective losing so we can share the sorrow. Man were we close, next time it's ours.
