Why do all the books still have the Dolphins wins total at 8 under 30 ?

There has been no move on the Dolphins win total since yesterday's news.

Are the books saying that Williams/ No Williams doesnt matter either way ?

My understanding is that he can still come back and play if the Dolphins will let him.

Maybe I am wrong, but thats what it sounded like they were saying.

Will take him a few weeks to get in shape though.

I think the rule is once you file retirement papers you have to sit out at least 1 year.
