First of all, I believe Bush has to be among the worst presidents ever. That being said he will win reelection because he appeals to people who are blindly loyal to their country, much like Hitler's followers and you have to respect that. However, it clear that he is out to bankrupt this country so that his buddies can buy it on the cheap and privatize everything and successfully lead us to being a fascist country.

His true believers will be too embararrassed and/or cowardly to reject the new direction of the country until it is too late. And by the end of his 2nd term all things Republican will be banished much like Nazi references in Germany. Elephants probably won't even be allowed in circuses and zoos. And out of this mess we will once again a great democracy by 2012. By then we will have parties that exhibit the best of all parties, low taxes, limited government, common sense regulations, alternative energy inititiatives, true freedoms i.e. being able to place a bet on the Internet legally, yada yada yada.

Will I be right? Well, I told everyone I knew that Bush would do nothing but bring us war and that turned out right. And don't bring up some b.s. that the war was brought to us via 9-11. Let's just say I do not believe in the conspiracy theory of 19 Arabs with box cutters. I go by the almost unfailing proof of any investigation, "Who benefited?". I'll let you decide who benefited from 9-11.

So folks, go ahead and vote for Dubya so we can get America's collapse out of the way so that we can build back up a great America out of the ashes. A Kerry vote would only prolong the inevitable because he would be a sorry ass one termer plus the powers to be know that a takeover of America has to be done under a Republican admistration because that is the party where most of the blind true believers are.

Stupid. Love it or leave it. F$%# you. Ok, I got that out of the way for you Bush lovers. Please no insults. I concede this round to the Bush lovers. You will get you president and we will get a greater America in spite of Bush. Later.

At last, a person with some common sense and obvious
intelligence. I was starting to get concerned that we
only had idiots on this forum. Of course, my apolgies
to many of you who do think. You know who you
are and you know where you fit. My two Canadian
friends and thinkers thank you for your common sense.
I am taking liberties calling you friends, I hope you
don't mind. Also my thanks to Kaya Man, wild bill,
rob funk, lander, sunny 2003, charlie chan, eek,
savant, bunyon, woody and the rest of you independent
thinkers. I may not agree with you on all your issues,
but I certainly respect your intelligence and your
refreshing point of view. You morons, you know who
you are. No names needed. No use sugar coating it,
some people are morons and idiots and just follow
other idiots. Sorry, just the truth. Accept it.

Thanks for the kind reply. Believe me there are more of us out there than you may think. Unfortunately, I believe the idiots have the upper hand at this time. But they will vote for Bush and he will knock some sense into them soon enough.

Yep, four more years of him should wake some of
them up, but not all. Pity.

The US is the only industrialised nation whose entire political spectrum falls right-of-centre. [Caveat: to those of you who think that Kerry is some kind of über-liberal, then I would invite you to head to your nearest library and borrow a book or two on the subject. Kerry is most certainly not a liberal. A neo-liberal, absolutely, but certainly not a liberal.]

At any rate, I am in full agreement with MJ. Several months back I speculated with some friends that it might be in the best interest *egad!* of the US to go ahead and re-elect Bush. Four more years of this joker and you won't see a Republican in the White House for 20 years. This would open the door for classical approaches to civil liberties to make a return (again, from the outside, it is easier to see the degree of censorship and media manipulation as well as the trampling of civil liberties) and for corporatism to be given its proper place in the trash.

Frankly, it isn't only the US that needs this kick in the rump. Because of your relative economic and military strength, us weaker nations have found ourselves moving ever more closely to the right and adopting many of your practices. This is especially evident in Canada, where the comparison is more acute and results more pronounced.

What's wrong with being an idiot other than forgetting what to do on November Two?

It's not our fault that we're brainwashed to vote for this guy by the Right Wing Media.
