Why are contest lines posted so late?

I work evenings and usually go to bed at 7 or 8 pacific time, and wake up around 4 or 5. I se that the lines are usually psoted 8:30 my time, I have missed on several pick for the contest because either the lines are not up or I wake up and the games have already started.
I realize I could pick into a blind line, but given how the lines are already up the previous night, could this be remedied?

I posted the lines today as soon as Vwager had the ML's up.

The issue is V-wager being slow on getting their ML's up....dont think we can help that.

FYI - I believe RPM was using Pinnacle's lines last week. They were 10 cent lines and were up the previous night. Would be nice, in my opinion, if we could go back to using them.

well since v-wager is sponsoring the contest it is only respectful to give their lines, is it permissible to post plays before the lines are out? even though i don't like this there may be a case where i really want the side but don't want to get shut out. I can certainly find a close line somewhere else.

I completely agree, GD. I was just suggesting a solution for those that couldn't make picks during the day. Only other choice is to post picks into a blind line.
