Hell, there's many more like Webber's. How 'bout the air ball Whittenburg threw up and not a damn Houston player paying attention and Charles catches it and slams it down as the buzzer goes off. That mistake by the Vandy kid pales in comparison to a litany of plays throughout the history of March Madness. Shit, that's how that banner formed, crazy-ass plays during the tourney.
Sorry if i ruffled yur feathers T, but, tell me if and when youve seen a ncaab game, let alone ncaa tourney, where guy has intentionally fouled other team, up by 1, with 14 seconds to go?
Thanks for input t. I like a lil feedback , like u gave, bringing up past plays. Im 39, seen my share of h.oops, but no where near the hoops that others have been to and watched, but just for convo purposes i did this thread.
Gl thru the tourney n goodnite T.
Not Webber cause it wasn't entirely his fault. In some videos, you can clearly see his teammates yelling at him to call timeout from the bench. And Mich wasn't leading at the time.
So it's the other idiot since his team was up and he pretty much went rouge with the foul because coaches normally order intentional fouls and Bryce Drew wasn't even looking at him.
you see kids fouling intentionally when they shouldn't on a fairly regular basis, usually on a team that's trailing or been trailing
I've seen teams that tied it up and their players still fouled
Something you see on a regular basis, a team climbs back into the game and is down one score with 40 or more seconds left and somebody still commits another intentional foul
Plus one with 15 seconds left face)(*^%, that kid is going to be haunted by that decision for the rest of his life
I gotta go with the Webber play, and the whole basketball universe watched that live
