Who's the Best "FOREIGN" Player to Play in the NBA ?

Out of the Croatian guys mentioned i thought Drazen Petrovic was the best, but unfortunately had a short career. Thats who Intruder means i think. He had a hell of a shot.

Where do we draw the line on who we decide is a "foregin" player or not?

If they grew up playing in the United States I don't think they should be considered a foreign player.

Including college in the states, either The Dream or Duncan.

You could argue for days on those 2.
