As I have said before, all 17 national champions in the BCS/CFP eras have had at least one top ten recruiting class on their roster. Now with two playoff games, even more emphasis is put on having quality players. This does not bode well for flashy offenses with very little true quality on the roster (Baylor, Oregon, Okl St).
Ohio St is the easy and lazy answer here. Digging a little deeper, I can't see anyone outside of the SEC winning it. They just don't have the players. Maybe USC, ND, FSU can make the playoffs but I don't see any winning two games.
