Winner #1 in the books. Miz/Shane defeat the Bar to become tag team champs.

Better then saying anything about fantasy football

Disagree 100%. Fantasy football is commonly talked about in business world (in my experience) and WWE has never been mentioned.

I'm not saying anything negative about WWE, but I've never heard it talked about once in my time in industry

Attendance 48,193

This is more than any Diamondback home attendance last year including opening day or any Dodgers games which are big in Phoenix.

Jstack is correct. Fantasy football talk is commonplace in a professional environment.

If you brought up your excitement for a WWF thing in a business meeting you would instantly lose respect. Just a fact.

Although I doubt many of the 48,000 I'm attendance have high powered business careers. It's either parents with their kids or adults with two teeth, one in ready pocket

Spoke with a couple of my friends who work there. They have not finalized the booking yet. A lot of times they change their mind literally up until they are ready to have them walk out to their theme.

I know at one point, a strong possibility was Becky Lynch would lose in a fluke manner to Askua and end up winning the Royal Rumble. So her at +115 is a play & I would not sleep on Alexa Bliss at +1500 as she is well loved by Vince and she gets pushed a lot.

I knew it, Becky was a lock once I saw her match was on first. I knew even more so when I saw the odds swing from +115 to -205.

Lynch wins the women's royal rumble match. No way this ppv is ending on time at 11PM Eastern. Two title matches and the men's royal rumble to go.

Only way is if one of the two title matches are squashes.

Justin Cruise you truly show how ignorant you are about the WWE. Multi Billion dollar company. Mainstream sponsors such as tonight Post cereal.

Any city they go to, they bring in heavy revenue. Why do you think cities bid like mad for these big events.

I don't care what people talk or don't talk about in offices. I have been in many corporate meetings and the WWE has been brought into discussion for sponsorship, advertising and how amazing their product is. Just because you haven't experienced it, doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

I am not looking to start anything with you, but you are out of your league in this discussion.

Plus you reference slapshots comments which wasn't a plus about fantasy football.

The big events they usually go to near midnight. So it probably is a 4.5 - 5 hour show.

I'm not arguing on whether or not they are successful.

My point is very simple

A grown adult should not be watching WWF unless doing it for their kids

Do you know how stupid you sound right now with such a statement?

So by your asinine logic, no grown adults should be watching people play children's games like basketball & football.

I don't know why grown adults watch fake wrestling either but hell, I grew up watching it and have some great memories. The new memories in regards to wrestling ended about 25 years ago.

But to each his own.
