Bama deserves it. Plays a far superior schedule.

Well, Oregon is #2 and 'Bama is #5

TCU jumps to the #4 spot.

Oregon plays 2 garbage teams the rest of the year. Alabama passes them easily if they win against Mississippi State this week.

By ranking the top SEC team as the best in college football and putting 3 others in the top 10?

Not sure it makes a difference if they are fighting for the 2nd or 3rd position... Ducks would get a big size boost beating a top 5 team in ASU assuming ASU wins out... think it could go either way

If 'Bama wins this weekend they will be back in and if FSU loses they may be out of the top 4 permanently.

TCU has a pretty weak schedule, but if they can thump Texas I would assume they stay in the top 4 by winning out.

My question is where the fuck is Marshall? I realize their schedule is weak but they are undefeated and blasting everyone by double digits. Thundering Herd would have a legit shot at any non-SEC power conference this year. Team is loaded.

Boise State gets a high-money bowl game if they are the top ranked non-BCS team this year which I'm hoping for but really Marshall deserves to be ranked around #15 right now. They'd beat around half the top 25 teams IMO.

Oregon should not be ahead of FSU. That is crazy.

It really is. They've both beaten 3 top 25 teams this season with Florida State's win over #5 Notre Dame the best victory of the bunch. FSU is undefeated and Oregon lost against an unranked team. Who knows.

Bama 5 totally inconsequential cause obviously they control their own destiny regardless.

The correct teams/order right now is clearly Miss St, FSU, Alabama, Oregon...in my mind

It will look a lot different after this Saturday though

Pretty nuts. I have no clue what they are thinking there. And Ohio St showed how great that Mich St team really is. Not sure what Oregon has on their schedule to be ahead of FSU and Alabama.

AZ has been ranked for several weeks...What do you mean by unranked ? Oregon's victories over Mich St & UCLA are better wins then a win over ND...Committee obviously agrees
