Who will be in charge of arranging the bash in 2009

Right now there are no firm plans in place for a Bash in 2009 however feel free to email any suggestions to person19481950@yahoo.com.

I am not saying one way or another if there will be a Bash or when and where it will take place, just that as of today no plans have been established. When I hear from management any news regarding our next Bash I will post the information available. I don't expect to know anything one way or another for a few months in any case.
