He was beheaded in Iraq, but I don't know what the significance of his death was. I thought it was a regular Japanese style beheading, but this was the most atrocious murder I have ever seen in my life. I'm not squeemish but viewing this video I could not hold my stomach. It's been haunting me for 3 days now.

I know exactly what you're saying. I can't shake it!!! I had the option to stop it while they were reading the propaganda and did, but curiosity got the better of me, and I wish I had never seen it. I watched some special about Daniel Pearl last night, they spoke about how the people who captured him killed him. They beheaded him and then cut him up into 10 different pieces before disposing of his body in bags and burying them.

Saw some pics of it, and don't want to see the video. Very sad and really feel for the parents, Just cannot imagine for them.
One question was what the HELL was this kid doing traveling around (alone) a country that is so unstable and and has people with so much hatre towards Americans.
