Both are great.

I'd go with Bill.

I have a feeling despite his age that Bill wants to prove it too. He will probably try to outlast Brady and win a title without him.

They're two of the GOATS and they're on the same team, that's what makes the team so good.

And they both excel at the same thing, preparation. Bill has the team prepared for their opponent, while Brady knows where he's going with the ball once he sees the defense and makes a read. Amazingly, they somehow get all the other skilled players on the same page. The one exception I can think of was Ocho Cinco (Chad Johnson). Ocho made a lot of bad reads and bad breaks and ran bad routes, Brady would throw him the ball and they'd miss, but you can always see that if Chad made a different read it was an easy catch. Used to be frustrating to watch. He caught 47% of his targets, while a guy like Edelman is closer to 70%.. Randy Moss, a deep ball specialist, was over 60% with Brady

On the contrary, Pats fans will be the most dishonest I believe because to them it's a blind love affair with Brady.

I give coach BILL the credit.

Garrapolo wins.

Matt Cassell goes 11-5.

It's coach Bill all the way. Give Brady his credit but don't get it twisted. Coach Bill made this dynasty. Some people just don't want to learn or understand football.

Except he blew before Brady...so their goes your opinion.

If they were both the greatest of all time , they would win even more.. Coach is , Brady isn't... the Division their in has helped alot. poor organizations for 20 years + now....not their fault that they've been able to take advantage of it...

My response to the OP's question: The quarterback.

That last overtime drive was as good as it gets and vintage Brady. He put the ball only where his receivers could catch it. He could have put that ball on a moving postage stamp it was that good. He was in the zone and always is in the big games.

By the way I am not a Patriots fan (nor a Michigan Fan) and I am waiting for Father Time to get the best of him. I have bet against him both times during the playoffs thinking he will show his age and have paid the price. As a sports fan I appreciate the way Brady plays and I think he is the poster boy for the Patriots success.

It really is tough to say.

Look at what the Pats did to "they just can't contain Tyreek Hill" on Sunday. That's all BB. How many times have we seen that?

I guess I'd say the coach but it would only be by the slimmest of margins.

Definitely BB deserves the credit. Anyone pointing to his lack of success prior needs to understand people develop into good coaches. He is 10x better of a coach today than when the pats won their first super bowl. After Brady is gone BB will continue to be successful.

It is evident he is ahead of the rest because of his willingness to look for better answers and not just do what guys before him did. Going for 2, going for it on 4th down, etc. He strategizes very well.

It's Belichek. He hasn't had a losing record, and has had the team in contention, since his first year in NE. Similar to what Vince Lombardi and Bill Walsh were able to do but in a much tougher era to do it. It starts with Belichek at the top and goes from there.

The Pats had all their timeouts with under 2 mins to go in each half on Sunday.

We can only dream in Pittsburgh our team could be so well coached...

So many of the little things Brady does so well are based on his own personal drive, and weren’t instilled by Bill. The two have helped each other over the years, and brought the best out of each other. But you have to give the edge to Brady, simply because he is so driven/focused/disciplined. I don’t think Bill is responsible for that; I feel like that is Tom’s innate greatness.

Does Bill squeak out all those close Super Bowls with Jay Cutler at the helm?

Both are fortunate to have each other for sure. Two GOATs

This "Dynasty" would be impossible without the B & B team in place. Heck throw in Robert Kraft.

These guys have all contributed at the highest level to achieve a collective success that we will never see again.

GOAT. GOAT. GOAT.

Bill has put Lombardi in the rear view mirror a long time ago. I would love to see how many rings Walsh/Montana would have accumulated in the salary cap era. The 49ers players basically had every advantage because their owner outspent everyone else in the league providing the finest facilities, staff, food and travel. No doubt Bill Walsh was a genius and in the current league he would have matched Belichik in scheming game plans. I think the Belichik/Brady combo still wins more rings. Having the easier division is a big advantage but I don't think anyone beats Belichik with his attention to detail. Walsh would have pushed Bill and Tom to be even greater.

Another check for Bill.

Not necessarily a knock against Tom.

But Bill gets all the credit for this one.
