Who makes these schedules?

I just don't understand how there can be 5-6 games on a sunday night and only 1 on monday?

and the only game takes pay in the place hosting MNF . Not very bright imo

...nothing pisses me off more than 7 games all starting at the same time. I love my hockey but find it’s impossible to really watch two, (or more), games at a time and really see one of the games. Kind of like multi tableing on PokerStars.
