I think you are talking about a Jack Nicklaus or a Tiger Woods. They both stood out and dominated their respective eras. There is no single player like that right now, but there are still plenty of superstars in the golf world.

the 123rd US Open is being held The Los Angeles Country Club, a private course. It has never held a major, no history to draw from. However, Max Homa is a name to look at . A California kid , 4 of his 6 PGA titles in his home state , loves it there . And has history at Los Angeles Country Club; won there as a collegiate which included a course record 61.

I’ll predict Cameron Young will be one of those 2 players. No wins but 7 top 3 finishes last year. Have a feeling once he gets that first win, look out!

like it !!!! if he can repeat a yr ago..............a fuckin bomber , 3rd overall averaging 319 yds off the tee a yr ago and SG"off the tee; was 2nd. And seems fearless, was impressive at the British ...he played AAA hockey as a teenager , gotta be tough!! haha

wonder how the Euro's will set the course up? pinch the fairways negate USA's length? they did that in france and worked really well--notably Mickelson , b Watson , bryson struggled if my memory serves me well

dont know anything about the course in Rome. Euro's r out with the old-gone Sergio, Westwood, Poulter. Got to go young, USA is way deeper!
