Who is the Worst Radio Sports personality ?

My vote is for Dan Patrick. He's soft, the show is soft. he seems to be proud of himself for some reason. Also seems to be more interested talking about Movies or Reality shows. Turn him off when I when I hear is voice

I actually like Rome except when he starts talking about the race issues then I turn it off.He goes overboard on that.The clones make the show though with the e-mails.

My favorite was Arnie Spanier. He's no longer national though. He was extremely entertaining, I used to call the guy up and talk picks. He was actually decent.

Jim Rome is awful. His format is old and stale. I did enjoy watching Jim Everett getting ready to beat his ass many years ago. I agree with Gameface as I loved Arnie Spanier.

As bad as these guys can be, at least they know sports. Worst sports personalities aren't on radio, but local TV sports guys usually suck. How many times do you catch yourself saying "man I could do this guy's job in my sleep".

I remember when Dan Fouts was doing sports for a Bay Area station. The guy knows zip about just about every sport but football. Every night he would be calling teams by the wrong name. After showing an Astros highlight he would say "the Rockets went on to win the game 5-4". Talk about a guy with no talent, just living off his playing days.

been listening to Steve Zaben (spelling) on FOX in early evening...pretty good..different
