Wrong in retail. Hire the stupidest people you can find because they're too dumb to steal from you. Even if they try , you will catch them, since they're stupid.
In non retail... you don't need anybody too clever around. They will end up with your job, and you'll be out.

Who the richest is ? There are many people that don't act or seem rich, but they are. It is hard to tell who really has money or who thinks they have slot if money. Rich like 1mil or rich like 30mil or really rich like 100s mil . There is a wide range of rich to super rich!
