and many will disagree but Scottie Pippen was way better than advertised.

Just going to add Mo Cheeks.

Laimbeer was good, too bad all his cheap shots take away from his game. He didn't even start at Notre Dame, but really turned into a nice NBA player.

How about Deron Williams, who has owned Chris Paul in head-to-head this year? He won't get near the credit in MVP voting he deserves.

Solid player, but he seems fairly highly rated in most circles, where he belongs IMO. Was trying to give some props to lesser known guys, especially role players.

Isn't it amazing how in Iowa you hardly have any basketball players? I mean can anyone name anyone thats from Iowa, born and raised and went on to play at the professional level?

Oscar Robertson.

He is the only player in NBA history to average a triple-double for an entire season, :scared:

and he is regarded as one of the best and most versatile NBA players of all time.

Robertson also set yardsticks in versatility. If his first five seasons are strung together, Robertson averaged a triple-double over these 400+ games, averaging an incredible 30.3 points, 10.4 rebounds and 10.6 assists.
