Who is the great capper with the numbers system?

Sunday night i came across someones thread with "Numbers System." I have been digging though the threads but i can not find it. Any idea who it is? Thanks and best of luck to all of you!

I think you prefer this. I like this one and in my op, I think it's easy way to read and provide best information along with the stats and record.

but they don't keep record (no reason) and the way it posts you can figure out when you click in and read.
