I've heard stories of locals not paying up on parlays that cashed. Most cap you from 3-5 teams for that reason but you can still hit some big ones on them and have heard of a few guys doing it then not getting paid for it.

My opinion, if the "book" ever does that, they open up a door they probably don't want too.

thats the good thing abt a local, we dont have to take a 10 tm parlay if we dont want to. same with any other establishment, we make the rules. if ppl dont like it they can get in somewhere else, maybe?
