Hard to say which team will be up or which might phone it in for this one.
Utah St, Cincy, N Illinois, a few others were completely flat, almost disinterested, some are disappointed, some are on vacation, but some come to win.

When offshore and Vegas move line 7 pts rx'ers usually a real good sign that team is going to cover, especially during bowl season, plus there offense has been pathetic , since 1st string qb injury. This feel like a 20 plus NC victory

I played NCar early +3 but it would still be hard to take Baylor +3.

Baylor is without 60% of their offensive yards due to injury. I
think that could be one reason the total hasn't moved a lot
opened @ 68.5 with 80% on the over & line is just now
