Furious, who is your favorite famous chef? Do you have one? It's all about whatever you're interested in and following the right people. Since I'm in Vancouver and my business is food, simply searching "Vancouver food" will pull up useful contacts tweeting about my subject.
Say you live in St. Louis and want info on the Cards, you can search and follow useful people to get key updates, maybe even from inside the organization or from someone in the media twittering info from their cell phone from the locker room.
Are you saying this info wouldn't be useful at all? Very powerful tool.

He's not on TV, but my favorite chef and in my opinion the best living chef on the face of the earth is Thomas Keller of the French Laundry in Napa Valley, California.
His restaurant is consistently voted amongst the top in the world, and his food is unbelievably smart, beautiful and of course delicious. I think what I like best about him though is unlike most of these arrogant chefs you see on TV, he is so humble and modest.
