I would think most use them here as we are an experienced group.

I reccomend them but bet with your head and not over it.

I get more hammered posting up than betting with locals

Can get good lines if you go against your local teams

I am in Miami, where I am sure there are hundreds of locals. Unfortunaetly, i don't know any of them, so I post up offshore.

Got a bar and make yourself visible for while where books start to trust you, have small limits though so you do not go overboard

Hard to find a local when you're married and not hanging out in bars- even in NY

Is the general consensus that offshore is a better way to go?

Sharp post...except the Birds have leveled a lot of longtime bookies here who weren't smart enough to lay off the action. OOPS.

Correct.......deli's and small corner pizza places are two of the more ideal places to find a LOCAL.

I would not give up my local for Dante's Money. The dog prices are the best in the Industry.

Porbably more German type bookies at the hot dog joints, where as you will find the more traditional Italian bookie at the deli's and pizza joints.

is this true. you make your wagers from the computer i thought that is an illegal.

if this is legal do you report the winnings to the internal revenue sevices and by claiming income does it make it leagal

my thoughs were gambling is illegal unless the gov has a peice of vested interest in it (lotto numbers o.t.b.) and vegas atlantic city indian casinos boat casinos scratch-off-tickets.

superbowlpools........lol
