Well, Baltimore's pitching certainly must be demonstrated since there's not a lot of it with much history (good or bad).
And they're in the AL East of course.
But for sure when healthy, they resemble Rangers and Yankees with regard to not having even one perceived "easy out" for opposing pitchers.
Much like I think (smile) that the Rays pitching puts them into an almost sure situation to win 88+ games, I think the Orioles solid batting gives them a similar assurance of finishing nicely above .500 (85-90 wins max)
