Pitino said it, and I've noted it in the past, the teams with at least two, and ideally three, future NBA players will advance the deepest.

So, who qualifies?

I am a diehard PITT fan and he is nowhere near the NBA. I don't even think he will get signed after he doesn't get drafted.

Those two teams are by far the most talented from an NBA perspective

Yes, Fields will never see the NBA.

Run down the list of the last few champs:

KAN - 4 NBA + 2 Euro pros
FLA x2 - 3 NBA first rounders
UNC - "

Selecting the teams w/ the most NBA talent will win your bracket

Fields won't get drafted at all. He can't shoot the ball and doesn't bring anything to the table that an NBA team could use. Look at Brandin Knight, he IMO was better than fields and he couldn't stick to a roster in the NBA.

A good college player doesn't always translate into a NBAer

Sam Young, IMO is going to be a star in the NBA. A little D Wade in him. Plus the guy has an extraordinary work ethic.

Sam Young is probably the most fit to be in the NBA I believe... and yeah--Fields would be a 5 year bencher before he got PT.
