Heard 1st ad yesterday. September 7th walk in to any track and play. September 27th on line is scheduled to open. Wonder what celebrity will make 1st wager in Kentucky.... My guess it will be governor Beshears... ?

So...in Oregon u can't bet college & in Illinois u can't bet in state teams. I would guess therez lots more 'regulations' on thez state run bookmakers that we're not hearing about. Have heard stories about u can't use mobile device in some states too. Locals & offshore look pretty good to me

DELAWARE U CAN BET IN CASINOS OR LOCAL STORES THAT SELL STATE LOTTERY (MOST OF THEM). THEY WERE ONLY DOIN FOOTBALL, NOW YOU CAN BET BASEBALL, NBA ETC...
