Yes they joined Prima and yes they are back in the US market unless you live in Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington or Wisconsin.
"The spokesperson added that the company will comply with the 12-state exception rule that its software provider, Microgaming Systems, has in place, meaning those states that have individual laws (Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin) regarding e-gaming will not be switching platforms."
