First pot and coke should be legal.
Second - none of us would stay our entire sentence in a CA jail. Everyone gets out in about 25% of time for non violent crime as they have no space.
Third - no one should be in jail for pot or coke in my opinion unless committing another crime (theft, violence, etc) while using.

If you want to put people in jail for pot and coke 50% of NYC and Miami should be in jail - get out sometime and look around.
