Which one book of Rio, Skybook or IIS would you pick and why.

A friend wants to send 500.00 by western union to open a new account, his first, to wager on the SB. I told him to pick one of the Rio/Sky/IIS group. Which one and why.

I'd pick Skybook ordinarily, but the free half won't matter on 7. Best option may be Royal if they still have the free $300 play. Find a book that will pay back WU without big fees, if he wins. If taking Phil I'd suggest SIA, and using E-check since there isn't time for NT unless you use Insta-cash. How about Pinny ?

Who did you go with ? How are WU fees if you win and withdraw ? 5 Dimes might be good too, I hear they pay out anyway you choose. Sounds like friend only wants the bet SB. Really check into WU fees coming back at you, they aren't cheap !
