But the GM is the boss and has the ear of Irsay. This is last year of Pagano's contract. Big things are expected. This isn't your typical 3-13 fire, this could be a 10-6, lose in wild card fired from a team expected to compete for a SB. I don't want an "AFC Wild card Semi Finalist" banner hanging in the house that Peyton built.

Philbin is on the hot seat but I wouldn't doubt if the pussy owner keeps him one more year. I can see them winning a few games late in the season and he lets Philbin coach another year.

I actually think Bradley is one of the better coaches in the league. It's tough to win when your first rd picks over tenure are Joekel, Borltes, and Dante Fowler. Team severely lacks talent but comes to play every week.

Miami has one of the more talented rosters in the league so maybe at some point they decide to play. Players look like they've tuned out Philbin and honestly never seemed to respect him. Kevin Coyle is unfit to call plays at any level. Last week at the presser he said "buffalo was running max protection and throwing underneath and we couldn't figure it out." That's unbelievable. Suh is still dominant beast but being used completely wrong. Why in the world is he being asked to play 0 and 1 technique and take on double teams?

They'll give Lovie the entire season, but if he wins less than 4 games, which looks like a strong possibility, his job is in jeapordy.

He's a good guy but I don't care much for him as a coach actually.

I never had much hope. He stinks. Both him and Carr were overdrafted that year and neither are very good. He struggles processing information and lacks accuracy. I've heard Gus talk quite a bit the last 3 years. He is a such an engaging guy. This season in interviews and pressers you can sense the change in demeanor. Outside of Senderick Marks and maybe 2 other players I don't there is another nfl starter on the roster.
