I know this will be a better thread post seeding announcements but just thinking about UCLA makes me ask this question. They did ZIP in the out of conference, best win being against Notre Dame in Feb. as ND collapsed, losing to Michigan and Texas. They are ranked 14 in the ESPN/USA Today poll, projecting to a 4 seed. Anybody disagree or have any other overrated teams?
Lots of teams are going to be overrated in the tourney. Unlike last year where you had all #1 seeds make it to the Final 4, you will be lucky to have 2. I think this tourney is going to be crazy and no team is a sure thing. Maybe Louisville is my pick to make it to Final 4, but you'll find lots of value in dogs...
Actually, I've talked with a bunch of the players on Clemson's team (I live down the hall from Tanner Smith, Andre Young, Bobo, and Bryan Narcisse)... and they seem really determined to set all the doubters straight and come out on fire in the tourney. This team HAS the talent to do this. And Purnell will put this together. I'd be surprised if we don't atleast win the first game or two.

Yeah, Big Ten is real weak in my opinion. Would be a shame if more than 6 teams make it. Can't understand why Wisconsin is a lock according to Lunardi. Only Big Ten team I like is Purdue. Getting healthy and hot at the right time. Actually a Big Ten team that can score a little. A little more experienced that last year when they lost in the 2nd round to a good Xavier team, I think they are at least a sweet 16 team this year.
