The most surprising thing in the story to me was this:

As a Toronto resident and a snowbird to Florida, I've not seen a lot of these here Black Women raking the government dough except on quick trips into Detroit to watch the Red Wings.

And boy are you right. Some of them have like five, six kids....at $2000 a month each they are getting paid like $12K per month. You should see the homes they buy with that money and the garages full of late model automobiles.

They are really Living Large. You should probably consider getting you one and helping her make some of those $2000 a month babies for your own home in Phoenix. Mix their $12k per month with your own high income level and you could soon be Arizona royalty and we will read about you on that TMZ
