I read both. If I had to choose between the 2 it would be Bluff but my a narrow margin.
The poker magazine I like the best is called Poker Pro. It is more about the players than the ins and outs of poker, which it does cover also. I am intrigued to read about the players and their lifestyle, the tour, the young internet players who gave up everything to turn pro. Stuff like that is a little more interesting than what you should do in this posistion, etc, etc.. Though useful I think every magazine needs something different and more than just tips on how to improve your game, which they obviously all focus on and have.
It actually maybe a little too "feel good" cause they seem to interview alot of the players who just did well in bigger tournaments recently. I think it would be even more interesing if they did follow up stories a year later and see if these plaers are still winning.
