01.15.04 (11:17 am EST) - Major sportsbook in Costa Rica likely to go under after Super Bowl. Currently urgently looking for someone to bail them out. Sports911 urges its readers to use ONLY member books at this time.

Even if true, there are MANY major sportsbooks in CR.

Do not think your being fair to Skybook that you singled them out with a topic thread.

I would suggest you delete their name from your title.

Just a thought.

Thanks Mud....think that was the right thing to do buddy.

As has been discussed hear on the forum recently, we all have to tread lightly this time of year.

You know that as well as anyone.

We each have to take our own preventive measures on what we think is right and act accordingly on what we should do with our money.

My guess is that Sting is playing the "If you throw enough schit against the wall, some of it has to stick" game. With so many books operating in CR. he has a decent shot of one of them going out of business. A Major book though, imo. is a long shot.

MSS - I commend your sense of fairness (thread title edit).

wil.

If PepsiCola was a sponsor on that site the headline would read:

DANGER Major cola company using poluted water to make its product...stick to colas that advertise on this site to be safe.

OUR BOOK IS NOT in any financial problems. We've gone MAD, yes.... but the book in jeopardy is DEFINITELY not us.

Skybook recently stepped in to help Cappershaven.com contestants after the sponsoring sportsbook backed out on them, and we are rolling out a NEW Free 1/2 Point Program on basketball!

Skybook is in it for the LONG RUN! You can count on us being here for the LONG TERM.

Anyone having any questions is free to check with The Shrink, MajorWager, Don Best, SportsbookREview.com, and other reputable industry insiders.
