which books lead the industry in customer service and why?

I don't understand why Carib doesn't get more publicity. They are an A+ rated book and for good reason. You can send them a "Memo" and they get right back to you in minutes. If you speak to them on the phone, they are very polite and understandable, and usually clear up any problems within minutes.

They have a very good bonus program, and keep on uping your % each time you deposit. They give you a 15% rebate on your casino wagers every Thursday, or Wednesday at midnight. They also give you a rebate on any racing wagers...I believe 15% also. They will give you overnight cash outs any time of the day.

If you aren't using them as an out, you're missing out on a great book.

They don't advertise at any of the so called "Big 4" (Covers, SBR, RX, EOG).

I think the CS is over-rated at Bet-jam. The clerks are difficult to understand but they are clearly a top book. Most books do an acceptable job with CS.
