Which books cover the neteller instacash fees???

I know this has been visited before but I would like to get an updated list. I don't think there are too many. I know betplatinum does.....I remember WWTS did at one point......who else?

Is the $750 a max that WWTS has applied? When I login to my neteller account it says my limit for instacash deposits is much higher than that.

The $750 is a limit on the amount of funds that NeTeller will allow to be instantly transfered. You're correct, their limits on deposits by InstaCash is much higher, but only $750 can be transfered immediately.
