fwiw, if you think the fair line is 2.5, you should be blindly betting at +3 if you can find it. Of course, you thinking the line should be 2.5 means nothing, because you clearly do now know what you're talking about.

Easier to list books that don't allow you to buy points than list all of them that do. As for the buying off or on 3 for 10 cents of course that is a no-brainer, if you can find a shop that allows that than keep it to yourself. Good chance they won't be around long.
