Which Book Posts Team Totals the Earliest?

Saturday night now, and I am still waiting for Team Totals to show up (I am shopping Denver TT UNDER, depending on the number).

Does anyone know which book comes out with the Team Totals first? Or what time they come out?

It seems to me I don't see them until I wake up Sunday morning, but I would imagine they may get posted late tonight. But I am not sure.

I can get OVER/UNDERS for the games and for the first halves. What I can't get yet is the chance to bet on how many points one single team will score. So, for instance, Denver is 6 point favorites and the total is 46. I expect the TT to be somewhere like 25.5 or so. I can find a number to bet on both team's scoring, but I am hoping to find a chance to bet on just Denver's perfomance, but those lines are posted later than most
