Or books I guess I should say, and why?

Whats the most important factor in deciding which book has the bets software...Obviously efficency is most important, but what is it you look for when logging onto a sportsbook?

Wagerstreet hands down. You can get a bet down in seconds.I love betting halftimes in football and basketball and speed is essential. Now if Olympic or Pinnacle was running that joint can you just imagine...it would be heaven.

as an Expert Tech, Security Consultor, blah etc.. i would say...

everyone using..

ASI
or
DGS

Bryan Green, (DGS) and Bob Stuart,(ASI)
pretty clever guys knowing what they're doing.

any other software assembled in CR, it's easy to hack. that's why they're so many people out there selling small books lists,,,
Cheers.

Yup they did.I hate to admit it but I liked playing at Camelot mainly because of the software and good customer service.I was fortunate I didn't get screwed there but I was taken in too.

Cascade also used the Wagerstreet software for a while and I put them up there with the other top books.Man I wish they had kept it.I'd still be playing there.

haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa hahahaha

just look how easy...

go on every book using inet...

after the / type params.txt
what kind of security is that one?????

www.anybook.com/params.txt

1. internet network ip class.. o my gosh!...
2. SQL database, (microsoft) can i laugh...

that's the inside info...
knowing the exactly table who handles the cust list..

if thats outside available info,,, what kind of security inside does they have... good speaking clerk (acting as a tech..)

plus... what kind of security is that software which, let you query one database from outside.. come on, when you design a good software, like ASI for example, if someone can break in the first floor (webserver) the SQL hast tobe protected, and protected doesnt mean a firewall, it means, every table and everyuser has to be the delegated the proper rigths when querying the database,,, lets say,, the customerinfo...

how come... a designer let the internet user (the userlogin and password for interacting between the webpage and the SQL server), be with the rigts for querying the table with the customerinfo... that's no clever...

plus... if i own a software, i sell it to you, with the closed code (you cannot see what i programmed or, your special tech neither)
who will say im not stealing you the information...

cheers!

Cascade is using Extension.

The software is only as good as the network it's on.

Extension = ASI very good

I mentioned it because Keith Richard said he wished cascade had not changed software.

Off the top of my head I can think of 2 books that got hacked while running ASI.

that could be,, but has to be an internal job...
as far as i know, a rigth protected network. only running 80 port on the webserver,, there is no way to hack ASI by using SQL injection...

any other software does... ej. mercedes..(SBG)..

but, if you leave open a pc anyware or any other carbon copy software.. of course someone can take control over the internal network...

but, another fact, lets say the following, ASI is good, but how about if you have a sales guy, and he doenst want any competition, with the anothers sales, so,, he change the information, ASI doesnt have a tracking history who made changes.. DGS has it.., so if someone change the information, the sportbook will loose his acuracy by the time when they plan to do the outgoing calls, plus the sales guy will have the accurate information and can be resale to another book... so whos the hacker?

Pinnacle and Olympic, no doubt.

Like the interface of Caribs a lot too though.
