Off the top of my head, Detroit, Los Angeles Dodgers, San Francisco, and San Diego are pitchers parks.

Colorado(Everyone knows this) and Enron Field(will always be Enron to me) are hitters parks. But this is obvious to the oddsmakers of course and they easily adjust for it in the line.

Mets -- Pitcher
Philadelphia -- Hitter
Washington -- Pitcher

NL Central:
Cubs -- Hitter (but more dependent on wind than any other park!)
Cincinnati -- Hitter
Houston -- Hitter
Milwaukee -- Unsure
Pittsburgh -- Unsure
St. Louis -- Pitcher (I think)

NL West:
Arizona -- Unsure
Colorado -- Best hitter's park ever
Los Angeles of Los Angeles -- Pitcher
San Diego -- Best Pitcher park in NL, perhaps league.
San Francisco -- The team can't hit. Not sure if it's the stadium or them.

AL East:
Baltimore -- Hitter
Boston -- Hitter
New York -- Neutral
Tampa Bay -- Morbidly ugly
Toronto -- Unsure

AL Central:
White Sox -- Unsure
Cleveland -- Hitter (I think)
Detroit -- Best Pitcher park in AL, perhaps league.
Minnesota -- Hitter

AL West:
Los Angeles of Anaheim -- Unsure
Oakland -- PITCHER (Foul ground gives pitcher enormous adv.)
Seattle -- Pitcher
Texas -- Hitter

2nd in the NL when the wind is not blowing out in Chicago. This is not conclusive because you have to consider Arizona has had some pretty decent pitching in the past.

Anaheim and Milwaukee are neutral. Pitt is a pitchers park. Toronto slight lean to hitters. White Sox were a big hitters park last year, but the cool weather and improved pitching may change this a little bit.

One thing about Wrigley - it is more a pitchers park than one would believe. Wind blows in much more than out. It does have the smallest power alleys in baseball. Night games tend to go over too. Basic rule of thumb, if total is 10 or more - go over.

I also like to take the west coast games over if they are played in the day. At night the marine layer (foglike) comes in and the ball does not carry at all.

Arizona - hitters park for sure.
