I would like to get the hook on both games, but the juice in giving up the hooks looks so inviting

IMHO when dealing with the number 3: laying 2.5 -20 cents on Bears is definitely worth it. Taking plus 3.5 with Pats but paying 25 cents (your example) is borderline, the extra nickel being the difference.
